From the very beginning, I have identified as an empath, an introvert, and a creative, blessed with an intuitive nature—a strong "gut instinct" that has guided my journey through life. Despite not fully comprehending the significance of recurring premonition dreams from the age of 8, intuitive visions at 16, or inexplicable occurrences like seeing my face on a sculpture and effortlessly navigating different cities at 19, I remained steadfast in my truth, allowing my path to unfold organically.

My professional journey spans over three decades in the Apparel Industry, during which I not only honed my visionary skills but also forged connections that introduced me to the realm of spirituality, liberating me from the confines of rigid religious upbringing. In 1996, seeking solace from stress, I embarked on a meditation class that would profoundly transform my life, offering enlightenment during a period of familial crisis. The following year, my exploration led me to 'Traditional Reiki,' marking the inception of my journey into alternative healing modalities.

Subsequent personal challenges spurred a deeper dive into holistic healing methods, culminating in my attainment of Usui Reiki Mastery by 2002, and further advancement in Usui Sai Baba Reiki, wherein I began working intimately with spiritual guides during healing sessions.

Concurrently, I delved into guided meditation under the tutelage of John Friedlander, enhancing my ability to perceive energy fields within the aura, chakras, and body—an invaluable skill I employ not only in healing sessions but also in maintaining personal clarity and grounding.

The years that followed saw my exploration of Akashic Record Consultations, Matrix Energetics, and ministerial ordination, each milestone deepening my connection to spiritual realms and facilitating profound healing for both clients and myself.

In 2020, weary from the corporate world, I bid farewell to the Apparel Industry, embarking on a period of rejuvenation and spiritual reawakening. This newfound chapter led me to Kyle Gray's teachings on the Angelic Realms, a pursuit I had long harbored, culminating in certifications in Angel Guide Healing Modality and Angel Card Mastery in 2021. Completing these courses, I become a Certified Practitioner with Kyle Gray

My journey continued with the exploration of past lives in Atlantis and Egypt, further enriching my healing practice by connecting to teachers spanning across lifetimes.

In 2022, I embraced Kundalini Meditation and commenced teaching Guided Meditation at my local library—a testament to my commitment to sharing the transformative power of meditation in alleviating stress and fostering inner healing.

Further, in 2023, I attained certification as a Davidji Meditation Teacher, driven by a steadfast dedication to expanding my knowledge and offering diverse meditation practices to benefit others.

My journey of growth and learning has been enriched by mentors such as Matt Kahn, Sonia Choquette and Sara Landan, imparting invaluable lessons for empaths and living authentically in the energy of love.

Looking ahead to 2026, I eagerly anticipate completing a Certified Crystal Color Therapy course and expanding my offerings in crystal healing, with a steadfast commitment to serving others and finding joy in guiding them along their paths to healing and enlightenment.
